WHAT IS A WORKSHOP?

More depth. More time. More transformation.

My workshops go deeper than a single class, combining multiple Awareness Through Movement® lessons, movement exploration, discussion, and direct experience into a focused two-to-six-hour experience.

Each workshop centers on a theme: a part of the body, a movement challenge, or a concept that significantly impacts how we move and feel. Past workshops have explored spinal mobility, hip function, walking, standing, and the connection between breath and movement.

You do not need prior experience with Feldenkrais® to attend. You do not need to be flexible or fit. You simply need curiosity about your own movement and a willingness to show up.

Most people leave feeling noticeably different from when they arrived.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to have done Feldenkrais® before to attend?

Not at all. Workshops are designed to be accessible to complete beginners and challenge those who are experienced. The only requirement is showing up with curiosity.

What should I bring?

Comfortable clothing you can move in. A small pillow or blanket if you'd like. Water. That's it.

Are workshops available online?

Some workshops are offered online. Check the individual workshop listing for details.

Can I get a refund if I can't attend?

Purchases may be refunded with at least 72 hours' notice of cancellation.  

Appointments/workshops cancelled between 24 & 72 hours will not be refunded but may be transferred to a different day and time or to another person.  

Appointments/workshops cancelled within 24 hours are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
