What to bring: Just yourself. No equipment or special preparation needed.
After your session, you may feel a little tired. That is your nervous system integrating the work. If possible, give yourself some downtime rather than rushing back into a busy day.

You arrive fully clothed and settle onto a low, padded table. We begin with a brief conversation: what feels limited, what you want to be able to do, what you have already tried.
This is not massage and it is not chiropractic care. The work is not focused on your muscles or your joints. Through gentle, precise touch, I communicate directly with your skeletal and nervous systems, helping your brain identify patterns it has been locked in and discover movement options it did not know were available.
Your only role is to be present and notice what you feel. No effort. No performance. No correct answers.
Most people feel a shift before the session ends. A shoulder releases. A hip finds more room. A back that has been bracing for years stops holding. The change is subtle and it is real. Most people stand up and immediately notice that something is different.

Frequently Asked Questions
Feldenkrais® sessions are generally not covered by standard health insurance. However, some HSA/FSA accounts may cover them. Check with your plan provider.
This varies depending on your situation. Some people notice significant and lasting shifts in two or three sessions. Others benefit from a longer series, especially when dealing with complex or long-standing patterns. I'm always honest about what I think makes sense for your situation. We can discuss this on your discovery call.
That's completely fine. No experience is required. I'll explain everything as we go. All you need to bring is curiosity and a willingness to notice what you feel.
Yes. Online Functional Integration® sessions are different from in-person sessions because they do not include hands-on work, but they can still be highly effective for movement awareness, pattern recognition, and guided exploration.
