  • Initial Movement Assessment Session

    We start by looking at your whole movement pattern, not just the area that hurts. I'll observe how you move, what's restricted, what's compensating, and where the real source of your limitation lives. This gives us a clear picture of what we're working on and a roadmap for your 12 weeks.

  • 12 Private Functional Integration Sessions (Weekly, 60 minutes each)

    One-on-one, hands-on, fully clothed. Each session is tailored specifically to you your history, your goals, and what's showing up in your body that week. We're not following a protocol. We're having a conversation with your nervous system and finding new movement options that weren't available before.

  • Unlimited Awareness Through Movement Group Classes

    For the full 12 weeks, you have open access to all of my group ATM classes online and in person. These classes reinforce and deepen the work from your private sessions, and many clients find them to be one of the most transformative parts of the program.

  • Personalized Home Practice

    After each private session, you'll receive a simple, gentle home practice specific awareness-based movements to explore between sessions. These aren't exercises to do correctly. They're invitations to continue the learning on your own.

  • Weekly Check-Ins

    A brief weekly touchpoint between sessions so nothing slips through the cracks. You can share what you're noticing, ask questions, and let me know what's shifting.

  • Available In-Person or Online

    In-person sessions are available in Centerville and Lehi, Utah. Online sessions are also available and genuinely effective for the movement pattern work we're doing.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is this different from physical therapy?

PT focuses on the problem area, strengthens around it, and discharges you when you reach a standard range of motion. The Movement Restoration Program looks at your whole movement pattern, asks what you specifically want to be able to do, and works with your nervous system to change the habits that created the problem. We're not treating a site — we're changing a system.

Can I do this if I've had surgery?

Yes, often especially so. Surgery repairs your structure but doesn't change the movement patterns that led to the surgery in the first place. Post-surgical work is one of the most impactful applications of this approach.

I live outside Utah. Can I still do this program?

Yes. Online sessions are available and effective for the movement pattern work. Some clients choose a hybrid approach, coming in person for their initial sessions and continuing online. We can discuss what works best for your situation on the discovery call.

What if I don't see results?

Results vary depending on many factors, including the nature and duration of your limitation and your level of engagement with the work. What I can tell you is that we will be working on the root cause, not the symptom. If you have concerns during the program, we'll address them together. I want you to feel the difference.
